What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy varies by program to ensure clarity and fairness. For our Short-Term Coaching programs (4, 8, or 12 weeks), all sales are final; these programs are non-refundable and non-transferable with no exceptions. For Monthly Subscription Coaching, you may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle, but no refunds are provided for the unused portion of the current month. For Long-Term Coaching (6-month and 12-month plans), new enrollees have a 14-day cancellation window to receive a partial refund, minus a $75 admin fee and the cost of any sessions or materials provided. After this 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for long-term programs.

What is expected of me as a client?

Your active participation is the most important factor in achieving your goals. We expect you to consistently follow the program guidelines across training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle, as your results will directly reflect your commitment. While we provide expert guidance and support, you must show up and do the work—specific results cannot be guaranteed as they depend entirely on your effort and dedication. Finally, we expect all clients to maintain a respectful, honest, and coachable attitude to ensure a productive and positive coaching relationship.

By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge that you are physically fit and have obtained the necessary medical clearance to participate in exercise and nutrition coaching. It is important to understand that JustBe Athletics provides coaching services and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; you should always consult with your physician before starting any new fitness or nutrition regimen. Ultimately, you assume full responsibility for your decision to participate in this program and for your own physical health and well-being.
